This can be avoided by verifying your offline ID, your official ID will be reviewed by our third party financial reviewers. These funds will not be taken from your account and will be released upon return of the items in their original condition. We are however required to take a £1000 block on your card, this will be processed the day before your rental period. The clients are liable for any and all missing pieces which come with the shipment. Any damages during transit will result in the client being liable. If a client loses the ship/return box, the client must properly and securely pack and store the rental item before shipping back to us. The client must return all items that come with the shipment. All clients are responsible in the event of a lost item, lending an item to others, theft, and any other circumstances that result in the item not remaining in its original condition.Īll rentals will come in a ship/return box, a dust bag, and other items such as shoulder strap, top handle, etc.

Once an item is fully paid for by the client, the client will have the option to keep the item however, the client will be liable and charged for the shipping costs.

If you have any questions about the full retail amount of an item you are currently renting or on one you plan to rent, please email SKIIM reserves the right to use any payment method to receive monetary damages.

If an item is returned with damage beyond minor wear and tear, determined by SKIIM, you will be responsible for the full retail amount of the item. The rental item must be returned, along with the ship/return box, dust bag, and other items/accessories that come with the shipment. If the item is not in the condition which is expected when ordered, please contact SKIIM upon receipt of the shipment. Each item will be inspected and cleaned before being shipped. If a shipment cannot be located, the client must immediately contact SKIIM. DAMAGES OR LOST ITEMSĪny lost rental after the courier has confirmed the delivery is the responsibility of the client. Each rental period starts the day the rental is delivered.Įvery order will require one day of processing before the shipment is sent. Your address and other circumstances may impact the delivery.
